Goods sold by Johns Rod and Custom are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, or Courier (Couriers Please ), and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post.
Goods delivered overseas sold by Johns Rod and Custom are sent by standard airmail. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days within Australia and 3 weeks overseas.
The customer can nominate their choice of courier, express post or overnight freight. It is the responsability of the customer to request insurance and/or registered post if they require. Johns Rod and Custom will contact the customer to inform them of shipping costs and total price.

Returns
Contact our sales department to get a Returns Authorisation number.
Returned items must be accompanied with the original receipt, and original undamaged packaging. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge, 15% after 30 days.
No returns on electrical items, video tapes, or special orders. No returns after 60 days.
